Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders to packshops within Denmark above 499dkk.
For deliveries outside the EU, shipping is free on orders over EUR 200 within Zone 1.
Below 200 EUR is 7 EUR.

France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Serbia, Germany, Czechia, Poland, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein
All other orders and destinations are subject to shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.
The shipping fee to Norway, UK, Switzerland and Iceland is 50 EUR
Shipment processing time
Orders are processed and delivered within:
- 3 to 5 business days in Denmark
- 3 to 8 business days in the EU (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipment of PREORDER items takes 3-6 weeks for products that are produced on request, e.g. the Unfold Collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or impacted logistics, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Delivery is fulfilled by one of our logistic partners: GLS, PostNord, DSV, or DB Schenker.
Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the shipping confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped it will be with you:
In Denmark within 3-5 working days.
In the rest of the EU within 3-8 working days.
Shipping for Gifts
If you would like to give a gift to someone, and ship the product directly to your close one, please mention the best delivery date in a comment at checkout. We will do our best to meet this requirement.
Shiping B2B orders
If you are a company, you are welcome to order directly through our webshop at standard pricing.
For larger orders or interior projects, you can request B2B pricing by contacting us at

Shipping times are the same as for private (B2C) orders, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SQUARELY COPENHAGEN is selling the products including VAT and standard customs fees. Any additional processing fees and tariffs are paid by the customers.
Damages
Please note, that if the package arrives damaged, you must write a note addressing this damage while signing the ‘Proof of Delivery’. Unpack the package next to the courier and inspect if the product has any damages.
If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@squarely.dk within 5 days after receiving the product. In order for us to file a claim at the responsible shipment carrier, please forward us a picture of:
- Packaging materials
- Damaged goods
- The shipping label
