Shipping Information

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SQUARELY COPENHAGEN. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4 to 8 business days in Denmark and within 4 to 12 business days in the EU (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The shipping fee to United Kingdom, Estonia, Iceland, Switzerland is 300 DKK. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or impacted logistics, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Delivery is fulfilled by one of our logistic partners: GLS, PostNord, DSV, or DB Schenker.

Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order's tracking number along with the shipping confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier's tracking portal.

Shipping for Gifts

If you would like to give a gift to someone, and ship the product directly to your close one, please mention the best delivery date in a comment at checkout. We will do our best to meet this requirement. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

SQUARELY COPENHAGEN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

Please note, that if the package arrives damaged, you must write a note addressing this damage while signing the ‘Proof of Delivery’. Unpack the package next to the courier and inspect if the product has any damages. 

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@squarely.dk within 5 days after receiving the product. In order for us to file a claim at the responsible shipment carrier, please forward us a picture of: 

  • Packaging materials 
  • Damaged goods 
  • The shipping label 

SQUARELY COPENHAGEN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
