Furniture for Plants by SQUARELY Copenhagen

June 12, 2023
SQUARELY COPENHAGEN is a Danish brand that brings nature into spaces by combining greenery and Danish furniture design to create aesthetic and healthy work environments.

SQUARELY COPENHAGEN was created in 2018 by architect Agnieszka Jacobs. Agnieszka identified the need for high-end design that connects people with nature. Today, Agnieszka runs SQUARELY COPENHAGEN together with her partner Barbara Rombach. They both have a passion for slow design, recycled materials and products that can last for generations.

Furniture for plants
The design brand SQUARELY is creating a completely new category 'furniture for plants', which is a combination of Danish design and functionality. SQUARELY offers an array of possibilities by seamlessly combining streamlined, natural, and aesthetically pleasing design with an intelligent self-watering system. The versatile modular planters contain two modules: one for plants and one for efficient water supply making your plants thrive both indoors and outdoors.
The self-watering system improves plant growth and saves time and effort in everyday life. A capillary mat ensures the soil is constantly hydrated and prevents plants from drying.
The planters are available in a multitude of variations; large, small and wall-mounted - all can be customised with a wide variety of accessories.

Sustainability:
SQUARELY COPENHAGEN works based on eco-design principles and a circular strategy wheel: Starting from reused material sourcing as the design inspiration, sustainable manufacturing, easy care, upgrade,
and maintenance. That is leading to possibilities of repurposing and easy disassembly, with potential recovery.
All the planters are made from surplus quality wood from other European FSC-certified productions as well as recycled plastic.
