Returns & Refunds Policy

Not 100% satisfied with your recent SQUARELY COPENHAGEN purchase? We are happy to accept returns, exchanges, and refunds on items that are in original condition and with a receipt or proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving your order. 

If you wish to return a product, please notify us by email in advance at hello@squarely.dk and fill out our Return Form. Once it is received, we will process your request, and get back to you within 5 business days with a free return label for all orders within the EU. 

For countries outside of the EU, we offer 14 days return. It is the customer’s own responsibility to ship the products, unless otherwise agreed. With the exception of faulty goods, all items must be returned to us unused, with their original, undamaged packaging. If you need to return an item please send it or deliver to the company address:

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.

If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes:

  • Gift Cards
  • Sales items 
  • Living plants

Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@squarely.dk within 5 days after receiving the product. In order for us to file a claim at the responsible shipment carrier, please forward us a picture of: 

  • Packaging materials 
  • Damaged goods 
  • The shipping label 

SQUARELY COPENHAGEN is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
